In this video art performance, I conduct a healing ritual as part of grieving practices, using symbolic elements for protection, release, and peace. With a pestle and mortar, I mix cascarilla powder and milk thistle seeds, embodying cleansing and forgiveness. I spread the powdered mixture to form a circle around an amethyst crystal tower, symbolizing peace and serenity. Wearing a white dress, I enter the frame, evoking a sense of purity and healing. Through these actions and symbols, the performance explores the transformative journey of letting go, finding peace, and embracing love amidst grief and loss.
