Displayed as a proposition of sustainability through an emphasis on personal bonds and familial care, Clothing Line is a selection of hand-me-down items from loved ones on a clothing rack. Each item is tagged with advice on family and education from the original owner, exploring the concept of familial values through intergenerational objects and interactions. The purpose of this installation is to allow me to express my gratitude and appreciation towards my family and to allow viewers to actively question how family impacts their identity.
